This invention not only offers physical security but also transforms their sense of self. With the Dhol, the character feels empowered, gaining sympathy and attention from others. This newfound importance boosts their confidence, but it also fosters a sense of superiority, marking the beginning of their emotional dependence on the device.        As time progresses, the Dhol becomes both a shield and a barrier. While it initially draws admiration, it later alienates the character from those around them. The protagonist, consumed by paranoia, starts to believe that others are conspiring to steal their creation.
